A tranny who is so insecure with their own sexuality they have to make up rumors about other people being trannies to compensate for the fact they can't perform sexually or the fact they are transexuals themselves.
Vitale is such an insecure tranny he calls other people fags, gay, trannies to compensate for the fact hes that himself.
