Short for "I'll be damned"

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Refers to students undergoing the International Baccalaureate diploma program which is renowned to be extremely hard and a lot of work.
