Either starting nonsense to get everyone angry or annoyed, and can even be talking about what they do or a common problem like depression over and over again acting like people would actually care. Especially when rubbing it at someone face figuratively. If you seeing a person acting this either on the internet mostly or outside, just ignore them. Cause they just want attention, which why it's called "I-Want-Attention-Syndrome."
