A phrase used by members of the extreme radical left to express ill will towards an individual, typically either a person of an opposing party or simply disagrees with one or more of their beliefs, sometimes both. People who use this phrase unironically are typically sociopaths who wish genuine harm on others, and are an embarrassment to the more reserved, reasonable liberals. A shortened, more direct variation of this infamous phrase is "go choke." The phrase also has a counterpart, "I hope you swallow/go swallow", which can be used as a retort for the former.

*an inner conflict between hope of something wished for and reality

Kilig may also be defined as that mountain top, floating, on cloud nine, invincible, i-could-keep-smiling, heart aching goodness and feeling which overpowers the mind's ability to think straight, act straight, breathe properly and articulate thoughts into a single comprehensible sentence.
