This joke recently became somewhat of a meme. In Seattle, Social Justice Warriors and Black Lives Matter were infuriated that the city wanted to construct a new police station. Furthermore, the interviewed a white male to get his opinion, and didn't interview anyone from BLM.

A Black Lives Matter protester Zarna Joshi confronted the man after the interview, and asked to know his name. The man replied "Hugh Mungus". Ms Joshi then proceeded to claim that this was somehow harassment, and demanded the police be called. When officers arrived, she refused to speak to them.

Zarna recorded a video of the event, which can be found by simply searching "Hugh Mungus" into YouTube.
