A slang term used in place of "call me" or "please get back to me". Used mostly by young surfer guys or urban homies.
"Yo Tyler, what's up? How long have you been back in town? Holler at my balls!" or "You haven't gotten back to me about hookin' up this weekend. Holler at my balls!"
