A person(male or female) who uses their looks and charms to manipulate their partner to gain material(sex, money, clot). A hoe does not love their partnerand the minute someone with better looks, money or clot comes along they abandon their previous partner and the cycle continues.
Victim: She/he left me for a guy/woman because he is richer than me
