Slang term for a "Hot Rail".
A Hot Rail is a method through which an individual uses a propane or butane torch to heat up one end of a straight glass tube - more commonly known as a straight shooter, rock pipe, crack pipe, tooter, hot railer - and uses the glass straw to snort up a pre-made line of crystal methamphetamine, so that when the - Gak, gizzle, ice, stilettos, tweak, glass, shard - enters the tube through the heated end, it instantly vaporizes and the user ends up inhaling, or "snorting" a line of smoke. Usually yields tremendous "hits" or "tokes" with an immediate cloud of hazy smoke puffing out the user's mouth.
