Additional hallmarks of hirsching include: (1) consumption of particularly unhealthy foods e.g., pizza; (2) consuming (unhealthy) food in a relatively discreet manner; and yet also (3) loudly and repeatedly remarking to no one in particular about your current diet, dissatisfaction with your current weight, and your plans for losing weight—plans that do not include the food presently being hirsched.
