A group of people that is created upon a relationship between a hilljack and a black. Usually the male being the black and the female being the hilljack. Children of said couple are also referred to as hillblacks. Hillblacks will usually be found with multiple baby moms/baby dads and mostly belong to lower social classes, but are not limited to middle and upper class families.
