Small doss pit shat out between Newcastle and Carlisle, accents like they have a scrotum for a throat (see Northumbrian burr) and faces like melted wellies. These congenitals can be found frequently wearing tweed flat caps by day looking for a pheasanty feast or a cow to buck but be warned because when darkness strikes the streets are lined with the north face Hexham chav brigade who feast on human ears, amber leaf and dark fruits. A town where hunting, racism and voting Tory is still very much the rage and announcing that you're not local is most certainly not.
'Areet, Are you from Hexham mate?' Nu, aye it's a muckle, baari place t caal yem man' where's thoo from? 'I have ne idea what you just said mate, i'm from Newcastle'

May 22 Word of the Day
A moment that is generally agreed to have had a significant influence on pop culture and everyday life. While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

Real world events such as social/political movements, the election of a new U.S. President, major catastrophes and disasters, as well as entertainment such as movies, music and TV, can all function as cultural resets. Notable cultural resets in relatively recent memory include:

* The Beatles appearing on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964
* The Watergate scandal of 1974
* The release of Nevermind by Nirvana in 1991
* The September 11, 2001 attacks
* The election and inauguration of Barack Obama in 2009
* The COVID-19 pandemic
"The Nineties politically started with the fall of the Berlin Wall on November 9, 1989 and the Soviet Union dissolving on December 26, 1991, and ended with both the 2000 Presidential election which saw the victory of George W. Bush and the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 which left people so stupefied that it functioned as something of a cultural reset button." - TV Tropes' article on the 1990s

Complete dump full of the most fake inbred people you could imagine. Little prats with middle/upper class parents who think they are proper hard cases and radgies/charvers dragged up in roughest parts of Newcastle such as Benwell and Elswick. Weekends during the night is a mix of backward farmers, radges/charvers and people who have no clue at all of their social status (as mentioned above) and generally try and fit in with who has the nicest fastest car or the most money at that particular time. Generally speaking Hexham is a rather nice historic town let down by the awful population.
Mother - Oh Tarquin don't forget you have violin practice this evening at 7:30 at the Hexham scout convention.

Tarquin - Ah here man can't ye just fuck off am ganin oot man wiv me pals doon the street man ye daft cunt.
