A moment that is generally agreed to have had a significant influence on pop culture and everyday life. While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

In cross country, the term "Heng" is used in many different ways. Often times, it is associated with the act of getting air when skipping or doing strides. Second, the term is used to describe someone being as "hung" as a horse. Lastly, it can be used as an expression of great amazement.
1. Come on Vincent, you need to "heng" more.
