"Heavy Boy" is a term that can be used both negatively and positively, either as an insult or a compliment. When used as an insult, it is meant that the boy in question is "heavy" meaning that he's slow or not able to keep up. When used as a compliment, it means he's heavy and doing good in life or because he's jolly and nice to be around. "Heavy Boy" is used mostly in the online gaming community to describe somebody who isn't playing well.
