A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. ( If you don't know, it's malware and If YOU'RE ONE OF THE MOST GULLIBLE KIDS IN THE WORLD, I'll give you a strong advice: Don't download the fake beta IN ANY PLATFORM YOU'RE USING RIGHT NOW, because GTA 6 ( I think ) is still in development, and Rockstar's game engine, The R.A.G.E doesn't work IN PHONES!
