She does pilates and yoga, doesn't take any bs but give her some mojitos and her infectious laughter will transport you to another dimension. I guess, similar to "crunchy mommy" but granola just sounds less intimidating.

People who shop at Whole Foods and make SMootHiE bOWLs and follow meditation methods. People that are healthy, and show off about it in a “humble” way.

That’s a basic example... but you get the idea.

Overly environmentally-conscious hippie. Usually with a beard. Tend to be liberals, or even communists if extreme.
