A baby that is born to a parent or parents that cannot afford to raise a baby. The parent(s) then require to live off the government for food, welfare, housing, and/or medicaid.
What is that girl thinkin' getting pregnant!? She doesn't have a job and she lives with her mom. Her beau doesn't have a job, a car, a house, or socks to cover his feet! She's DEFINITELY having a government baby!
