Urban Dictionary: Goony Mask

A ski mask, bio mask, Air breather mask that goes over the whole head and face. Used to rob, steal and kill. Usually accompanied wit a goony pump.

Aye put dem goony masks on and get dem goony pumps we fin to roll up on dem niggaz.
