An attack in which the attacker begins by sneaking up behind the victim to prepare for the strike, for it must be efficient and swift. The attacker proceeds to maneuver their arm quickly through the victims legs, around the gooch, while lifting up. When performed properly, the gooch lift will leave the victim in the air and embarrassed as their shit is crushed between the attacker's arm and their gooch. Often causes clenching to occur.
