Noun: Twisted way of saying Gulab Jamun by Tamil people of India. Gulab Jamun is an internationally popular milk-based, rose-flavored sweet that is served in sugar syrup. This usage, 'Globe Jam' is funny, as well as apt in a different way because Gulab Jamuns are actually globes of sweet floating in sugar syrup, and its consistency is nearly that of jam. Self-defensive Tamils often resort to explaining the wrongful usage thus, as mentioned above. Which is honestly bullshit.
