When someone acts in such a way that they resemble a "glitched" or bugged character from a video game, usually on drugs.

Someone who is possessed by clout chasing. The original human is now gone and a demonic entity that feeds on clout is all that is left. An empty shell with no control of their actions, forced to blindly react to situations they think will bring them attention.

The terms glitch and glitched are mainly used when something in a game powered by technology goes wrong. Other times, it may be just because something has not been considered. When it is not considered, you may be able to go through walls, some things may appear incorrectly, you could get stuck in the ground, et cetera. Other times people will use other meaning for it, but I will not mention these things in this, as there are other panels for this reason.

It depends on the individual. If describing it about someone outfit in a good way. you'd say they're glitched out; unfair to say in a good way. If you're saying someone is being glitched or glitchy, they're either envious of you or backdooring you.

-and you can only be glitched if you are under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at the SAME TIME.

-you cant just take one hit and be a little buzzed to be glitched, you have to be drunk off your ass and baked out of your fucking mind.
