Usually female or flamboyantly gay males. 80's stylings, classic cuts on the clothes, impecable hair and make up, a bit over the top in some instances. Think David Bowie in a less ambiguous sense 20 years ago minus the punk influence.
Josie, with her impecable bouffant and excessive eye make up plus the 80's baby doll dress and retro heels is a quintesential Glamster.

A person who gets in a gang only for fame or recognition in name alone. Who doesn't put in the work, pay their dues, or isn't really down.
