It is the action of intentionally letting your opponent on your lane get minion farm while you sit in the back which could potentially cost you and your team the game in any MOBA style games( LOL, Dota 2, Smite, etc.) due to playing so passive. This is ten times worst than feeding.
Whenever my friend plays top or mid lane he is always scared of the enemy laner because they are "too OP" so he starts giving lane .
