Giraffe necking is a term used to describe someone who is extremely full of them self, emulating the use of a giraffes neck in order to felachiat on their own extremely small package. Anyone deserving of this term is sure to have a really tiny package! No way is rib removal going to help them reach that little thing, it will most definitely require the neck of a giraffe to get all the way down there to suck that baby pecker!
