A "Giquila" is a mixed shot consisting of roughly half bottom shelf silver Tequila and half Bottom shelf Gin, invented by master bartender Tessa Tobler. Most properly chased by a Natural Light. This cocktail pairs very well with buttered and salted popcorn.
