A person who has an unmatched ability to manifest gifs in a text, IM or online group message conversation. Usually one who sends the gif in a message that most accurately describes what everyone is thinking or are the funniest, and make the most sense.

This bastard in the discord server made a gif soup yesterday. The whole chat was just gifs and gifs and gifs I couldn't scroll up to find a past message, it was all gifs
