A person with one toenail missing. Someone can be gherkle graded I.e. if you have your little toenail missing you are a gherkle grade 1. On the other hand (foot) if you have your big toenail missing you are a gherkle grade 5. Gherkle can also be used in replacement of Mr/Miss etc when referring to a gherkle.
Person 1- I know a gherkle grade 5!! He is a bit weird!
Person 2- Oh what's his name?
Person 1- Gherkle Bradley.
Person 2- Oh what's his name?
Person 1- Gherkle Bradley.
