The act of becoming so undeniably inebriated on various forms of alcohol and drugs that you absolutely cannot comprehend what the hell is going on around you or in your life.

1. The acted of getting so drunk that you act like you are mentaly retarded.
2. When something doesn't make any sense especially at work.

To consume intoxicating alcohol or drugs to the point where you are incapable of verbally communicating past incoherent mumbles. Motor skills are also severely hampered thereby giving the overall impression of severe retardation.

A popular slang reference to getting really messed up on alcohol or drugs in order to free the spirit and drop the inhibitions. Often refers to drink and cannabis, used in a party-setting with accompanying music.
