It is a Hand gesture started by the legendary Vinny, After you beat somebody at an event (Street Race) where the winner is determined by who crosses a set point first then you simple reach out put your palms together and rotate them in opposite directions at the wrist back and forth while yelling at your opponents "you got yanked faggot". after the said event, one gets a sense of fulfillment and stands tall and proud while watching the said losers walk, drive, run off your chosen field of destruction.
