It is a combination of a GOTH and an EMO
Goth= Always wears black, loser, eye shadow, pale looking
Emo= Emotional, wears black, cuts wrist, always sad
Gemo= both

Someone who has piercings(i.e. snake bites)
with the emo/skater hair toss streaked with color,
yet wears a fitted gangster hat to the off side.
Usually accompanied by a pair of skinny jeans,
a looser shirt (normal fitting. not skin tight but also not extremely baggy),
and possibly a baggier hoodie or a puffier jacket.
This style is topped off with a pair of expensive skater shoes, or stylish high-top Nike's.
Summary:
Emos who incorporate styles that are specified for gangsters.
End Result= gemo.
