A world renowned insult, developed in East London. Used in most conversations. It's origin derived from a woman who gave birth to a strangly gay son called Gary. His mum herself has been insulted on numerous occasions and has been known to be called a MILF, Cougar, cow, Pink Panthers left testicle e.t.c.
