To be so drunk or intoxicated that you end up falling and/or sleeping in a garbage can thus becoming trash. An alternative to saying hammered or just trashed, it is a whole new level of trashed.

Also, can mean the same as being really drunk or trashed but it just so happens you woke up in a garbage can.
