Can also be spelled “Geno”.
He tries to seem funny and outgoing but he really is very sad and depressed. He is funny and loved by some people and hated by others. A Gino is very insecure and introverted but seems otherwise. When he likes someone he would rather tell them via texting for he has anxiety and when he likes someone he knows he likes them very much. He is good with lady’s and other men aspire to be like geno.

Person 2: I don’t know but I bet it’s Gino
