A male individual who displays some of the following characteristics:
- long and greasy hair
- poor manners
- a frequent cat-caller while stopped at red lights
- wears tight jeans and/or shirts

Gino is the hardware store workers slang for leaving work early or coming to work, but not actually participating. It was called "Gino" after a previous employee who hopped from store to store constantly doing nothing.
