A game of fugitives is composed of the cops and the fugitives (obviously) . The cops are on a vehicle and fugitives on foot, there is usualy a safe spot for fugitives where they can rest. The cops have to chase the fugitives and take them to jail, fugitives can escape if another fugitive has a key which unlocks the prison, violence can be used

A Bum Fugit aims towards those whom lack ability to successfully complete a simple task with in given amounts of time
