When your job is heavy handily run by management who doesn't care about you, and all they do is fuck you. Typically experienced by employees of contractor companies, and other non-union, or low wage jobs.
Me: Man I could use a break.
Boss-man: Get your ass back to work you need a break, I'll break my foot off in your ass your laid off!
Me: Break what break? I'm ready to roll boss-man! Damn I wanna drag up all this company does is fuck me and I need the money so I take that shit, this is a fucktatorship.
