A exclamation of contempt when a police officer is killed in the line of duty. You usually say this when your trying to piss off the stereotypical condolence giving family friends and supporters of the deceased cop.
Thomas: So sad man, I saw on the news a cop I went to the academy with was shot in the back of the head. He died on transport to the hospital.
