A particularly large and robust poo. Typically one which reaches all the way into the toilet bowl before detaching itself from one's anus. Once excreted, said grogan is then frozen stiff and used as a means for sexual penetration.
Chad has a disgracefully small penis, but do you think you could handle the immensity of one of his colossal frozen grogans?
