A game that’s kinda like Dance Dance Revolution but with a keyboard. This game can be found on Newgrounds. There is also levels called “Weeks”. There is currently 4 weeks in Friday Night Funkin.

Friday Night Funkin' is a newgrounds game with the main character "BF" who is often called "keith" or "evan" (even though ninjamuffin99 confirmed that evan wasnt his name but who listens to anyone on the internet? Thats right no body.) You compete in rap battles to make sure that no body steals your girl. The different levels are put into weeks with 2-3 songs there are 6 weeks so far without (lemon demon otherwise there would be 7 but its a secret stage.) and getting harder the more weeks you go up. The characters are; boyfriend,girlfriend,daddy dearest,skid and pump,pico,the mom,senpai,and monster (lemon demon). The fandom is well known for great artists and mods etc. And the mods are something ill talk about sometime else.

Friday Night Funkin' is a 2020 free-to-play rhythm game developed by animator and artist PhantomArcade and evils8kr, music composer Kawai Sprite, and programmer ninjamuffin99. The main inspirations were Dance Dance Revolution and PaRappa the Rapper. In the game, you play as the blue-haired protagonist, "Boyfriend." Similar to PaRappa the Rapper, Boyfriend must compete in rap battles against a variety of characters/people to be able to date his love interest, "Girlfriend." The game plays out in "Weeks." Weeks often contain 3 songs, but Week 2 is the only Week to have only two songs. Also similar to Dance Dance Revolution, the ability to process notes is through your Arrow Keys on a keyboard. You can also choose your difficulty before each week, Easy, Normal, and Hard. As of today (March 30th 2021,) the game has only 6 weeks with an upcoming 7th week.
