A terrible, terrible thing. Most freshmen are okay, but there are a few who ruin the reputation.

Freshman 1: Normal person, either is friendly or doesn't talk to the upperclassmen

Freshman 2: Is annoying af, acts like they own the world, usually a self-centered vsco girl who wants to hook up with all the seniors. A disgrace to life. Usually a teacher's child or rich daddy's girl

The now politically-incorrect term for a first year student.

a first-year high school student, that is more often than not looked down on because of their grade. Upperclassmen never give them the respect they deserve, even if they are just a big of a loser. they dont get the respect they deserve, and people will talk crap about them just because they are freshmen. Freshmen year matures people, and not all freshmen are stupid or immature, upperclassmen just assume that they are. (even though most of the time the freshmen rule the school, ha. stupid juniors)They are also refered to as the lowest of the low, and Fish. Too bad people actaully care about the freshmen and they are known to stick together as a class and stand up for each other, not half as bad as people make them out to be.

Inductees to the high school world. People who are at the bottom of the totum pole and are usually considered worthy of being picked and stepped on. If a freshman is not part of the "popular" crowd and if they are different they are usually picked on even more.

a person in their first year of high school. They get lost a lot the first week. They get canned and try to stick together for safety. They often become pets of older people like sophmores, juniors, and seniors. They get written on with sharpies a lot. They also have musical butts.

A poor student in grade 9 who's intelligence and competance is always underestimated. The older grades and sometimes teachers will not rest until this students soul has been sucked out slowly through their teeth.

The older students and teachers will pass this off as good fun, but that is a pathetic excuse. They could be smarter or more mature than some of the other students, but it dosen't matter just because of their grade.
