The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the world's third largest trading exchange, ranking only behind the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NASDAQ.
Many U.S. companies are choosing to go public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to avoid the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
