If you have a bad case of diarrhea you have "France Pants". If you poop yourself, or feel like you're about to poop yourself you have "France Pants". If you're changing a nasty loose bowel diaper, you're changing a "France Pants".
That Mexican food I had for lunch really messed up my stomach, I couldn't make it to the bathroom and I ended up with France Pants.
