Floods law dictates that one singular water molecule in an isolated system is not wet. A water molecule however is able to make any other substance (including water) wet. This means that water makes other substances wet, however one water molecule by itself IS NOT wet.
Floods law tells us this water molecule is not actually wet. crazy........
