An extremely abrupt and seemingly permanent metamorphosis in one's character from a personality of positive and charming qualities to negative and intolerable traits. root word FLIP can be interpreted as exposing a previously hidden underside to make it the dominating focal point, or can also be derived from the slang term FLIP, meaning crazy.

1. noun. It is the sudden feeling of an inexplicable joy one gets when something romantic or idealistic occurs.
When kilig, one may experience the following:
*butterflies in one's stomach
*heart melting
*shivers down one's spine
*irrepressible noises from one's mouth
*uncontrollable smiling
*an inner conflict between hope of something wished for and reality
Kilig may also be defined as that mountain top, floating, on cloud nine, invincible, i-could-keep-smiling, heart aching goodness and feeling which overpowers the mind's ability to think straight, act straight, breathe properly and articulate thoughts into a single comprehensible sentence.

when you get a boner sitting down and have to stand up and the tent would be obvious. Flip Mode is a move where you move the boner from the down/poking out postion to the up position resting between your belt and your stomach. should be done to do this in one motion so it looks like you are just standing up.
