Irish slang for being too tired to do anything.
Similar to flaking out where the person flaking would bail from a planned event, flaked is if the person never even accepts going in the first place.
Can also be used to describe you being in comfort
"I went to bed flaked, got some decent sleep."

All bark and no bite. Acts tough but is a wuss. Posing in agreement while trying to please one audience, but with a nod and a wink to those with whom s/he is beholden.
We had a meeting with our boss and shared our concerns. He publically nodded, smiled, and agreed with us. Then he walked out the door and Flaked us. Did nothing about it. Did just the opposite.
