Firefight is a co-op game mode in Halo: ODST, and Halo: Reach. Firefight is where players take on increasingly difficult waves of enemies in a timed survival game.

Firefight can be played cooperatively with up to three other players via system link, or Xbox Live or with up to 2 players on the same console in splitscreen mode. Players start Firefight with only the Rookie as a playable character; completing the campaign mode unlocks other characters and maps.

Players are awarded medals for making special kills, and individual and team scores are tracked throughout the games. Inside Firefight, players have a shared pool of seven lives, which are replenished after completing five rounds.

It's just plain awesome, pretty much the best(in my opinion) Halo game mode.

Someone who is possessed by clout chasing. The original human is now gone and a demonic entity that feeds on clout is all that is left. An empty shell with no control of their actions, forced to blindly react to situations they think will bring them attention.

military slang for a contact or "shoot out" between friendly forces and the enemy. Fire fights can last seconds or hours depending on the situation. British forces are renouned to have the best skills and tactics to winning a fire fight, earning major respect in the international community.

The noun form of firefighting. An intense underground tournament. Only members know what happens at these tournaments. But it is that known firefighting involves large sums of money, drugs, alcohol, and death. People have gone broke or missing from firefighting but when asked about it they never reveal what firefighting is. Commonly referred to as the UAOUFF. Originally four men invented it of which, only three survive. But they haven't made contact with anyone outside the underground circle. Firefighting is not for the faint of heart.
