The first type of feminism that isn’t bad. First wave feminism is a type of thinking that is that everyone should be treated equally.

Impressions from the field (not academic research):

- First wave of feminism = women (generally white, straight, well-educated, and well off) fighting for their rights
- Second wave of feminism = women (often white, well-educated, and well off but also a more diverse range of women of color and sexual orientations) fighting for the rights of women of many colors, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, and cultural backgrounds
- Third wave of feminism = more diverse women fighting for the rights of all women including a focus on queer women as well as sex workers
- Third wave of feminism may also = women who believe there is no need for feminism and who do not embrace the term "feminist" but who expect to be treated equally
- Fourth wave of feminism includes intersectionality and the issues of trans women (?)

A branch of radical feminism that is critical of the concept of gender identity. This is often called TERFism because of how exclusionary feminists within this branch are of transgender people. The ideology is infamous for its transphobia and sexism

Guerilla feminism is the grassroots approach to feminism.

A misunderstanding that feminism devalues males and disregards that males are also subject to the patriarchy.

It is difficult to have a healthy relationship, with some far left nutjob, who thinks you’re their patriarchal overlord.

Furthermore, much like how no self-respecting woman, would put up with some punk, telling them how much they hate women. If the Feminist is going to be saying hateful crap about men and also, using sexist made up words.
Like “mansplaining”” toxic masculinity” and “manspreading” etc Then any self-respecting man, is going to be telling the Feminist to “piss off”.
