A response to the commands and demands of busy bodies, Karens, tyrants and authoritarians who have no legal or moral authority to make them; a challenge to someone who uses shame, intimidation or threats to push individuals to conform, and make them think, say, believe, wear, or do what they want them to.

It is meant to provoke a decisive response of cowardice / weakness or absurdly hypocritical force / nonsensical action.
