To trick someone into looking at a picture of a man's scrotum by describing the image as something else. This can be done via e-mail, internet message board etc.
First seen on mustangworld.com as posted by a user named "Turd" who titled a message thread: "Another creature unearthed by the Tsunami" which followed a legitimate thread by a similar name. When users clicked on the image link they were shown a picture of his scrotum.
