A band from Los Vegas.
The old singer, Ronnie Radke, did not get put in jail for killing someone, but for being involved in a fight that led to the death of Michael Cook.
He was not the one who killed him.
So please get your facts straight.
Also Ronnie has a new band called Falling in Reverse. :D

An American post-hardcore band that originated in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004. The band got famous by winning a radio contest hosted by My Chemical Romance. They were later signed to Epitaph Records. The original Escape the Fate members were: Ronnie Radke, Max Green, Robert Ortiz, Bryan "Monte" Money, and Omar Espinosa. Their album "Dying is Your Latest Fashion" was released in 2006 with all of the original members. Omar Espinosa left the band for "personal reasons" afterwards. Ronnie Radke was asked to leave the band after he was sentenced to prison in June 2008 for multiple run-ins with the law involving narcotics and battery for a fight that led up to the death of Michael Cook. Due to the departure of Radke, he was replaced by vocalist Craig Mabbitt. Since Mabbitt joined Escape the Fate, the band has release two albums. In 2008, their album "This War is Ours" was released. In 2010, their self-titled album was released.

Escape the Fate is a Post Hardcore band signed with Epitaph Records and is from Las Vegas, NV. They were signed in 2005 after winning a radio contest held by My Chemical Romance (MCR). Their first album is 'Dying is Your Latest Fashion' which was sung by their first lead singer, Ronald (Ronnie) Radke. After Ronnie got put in High Desert State Prison, the band got a new singer Craig Mabbitt. Craig is the ex-singer of BlessTheFall. He sang in their album 'This War Is Ours'.
So that's their history... Moving on to now...
Many people are caliming that either Ronnie Radke(former singer) is better than Craig Mabbitt (current singer), or vise versa. But... They're both mazaing, I mean, if they can be famous, or singers, or anything like that, then they must be pretty good. Any way...
Ronnie Radke went to jail for drug abuse. He was taking drugs, thanks to Max, and took too much, Max tried to stop him, but he wouldn't, so long story short, Max arranged for Ronnie to go to jail, keeping in mind that it'd help him. So Ronnie is forming a new band, called Falling In Reverse. yes, I understand that many of you think it's From Behind These Walls, but they changed the name, due to the government.
Moving onto Craig...
He used to be in Bless The Fall, but he quit to spend some time with his daughter. And I really don't know what happened... But he joined Escape The Fate, and thanks to him, they can still sing songs, and go on tour, and all of that.

A band that is in no way hardcore. I have listened to 5 songs from This war is ours and 2 from Dying is your latest Fashion. All of the fanboys of this band claim that theyre old singer was amazing and him leaving made the band worse. Personally when I heard that song The Day I left The Womb, I literally laughed out loud. The singers voice cracked like a pubescent boy during the song. It was hilarious.
But to the point, this band is (mostly) for people who think they have problems(aka vampire emo pussy wannabees)
I think that this band musically isnt good or bad, however the old singer on The Day I Left The Womb sucked and the new singer on the song This War is Ours sucked at the screamo grunt metal voice. It was sad.
Lyrics include:
"I feel the pressure, its coming down on me"
"Ashley baby, you make me feel so alive, ive got purpose once again"
"I touched her ooh she touched my aahh"
Bands I like: Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Hollywood Undead, and im starting to like Children of Bodom

Emo 12 year old girl: "Escape the Fate has such meaningful lyrics and is so hardcore, you should listen :)"
Me: Oh my God! This sucks (plays song People=Sh*t by Slipknot)
Emo 12 year old girl:"Mommy make him stop, my ears are bleeding, ITS TOO HARDCORE wah wah wah"
