Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. Used to describe a relationship that one accidentally on purpose finds themself in. The person was unable to abandon the relationship for fear of other ties: religious, marital, sexual or friendship.

As Jada Pinkett-Smith describes, it is a non-intimate relationship with another person in which the two parties share a deep otherworldly bond in which they become intertwined. The entanglement is not a physical connection but it satisfies the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all parties involved and makes them feel "good". Although the parties involved will not admit to having intercourse they are definitely fucking.
When we first met I was there to help fix a broken person because as a broken person myself I felt a responsibility but over the years that connection turned into an entanglement.
