A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

The inevitable by-product of two or more gay dudes having sex within the confines of a hot tub. In effect, semen that is ejaculated into the water, then floats in the bubbling man stew, giving the exact appearance of egg drop soup.
